The 6-day
Counseling Certificate Course was conducted by
Jean
Donaldson and Janis Bradley at the
San
Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers. This intensive course
covered learning theory, behaviour problems and in
particular Separation Anxiety and Aggression. Client
interview skills were taught in order to diagnose problems as
well as get client
compliance when working with dogs with behaviour problems.
